Panamanian style Arroz con Pollo (Rice with Chicken).
Description: Arroz con Pollo (Chicken with Rice) is a delicious dish and one of the most popular among the Hispanic community. As growing up in a Panamanian household, watching my mother preparing many delicious dishes, one of my favorite that is quick and easy to prepare is the arroz con pollo which today I will share with you. Note that everyone has their own way of preparation. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 4 cups of rice water 1 can of mix vegetables 4 cloves of garlic (Chopped) ½ onion ½ Tbsp. oregano Salt and pepper to taste 1 bunch of cilantros (chopped) ½ bottle of capers 1 bottle of green olive Olive oils 4 packets of sazon Goya with saffron or Rika caldo de pollo. 2 packs of powdered chicken bouillon 1 Tbsp. Goya adobo. Directions: 1- In a large Pot, add the cleaned chicken breast, add water until it covers the chicken, add 2 packs of sazon Goya, add garlic cloves, oregano, some of the chopped onion, and chopped cilan
